Whole soy products

This is a whole soy product made from ultra-finely ground raw soybeans (Fukuyutaka) into a powder (Lohasoy Powder).
Because the whole soybean is used, no okara is produced.
This reduces the cost of disposing of okara and the carbon dioxide emitted during disposal.

KITSUNE

We wanted to create delicious fried tofu that would be the centerpiece of any meal, using a method that places a much lower burden on the environment than conventional methods. With this in mind, we began researching in 1992 and spent 17 years developing our proud sweet and juicy fried tofu.
We fry our tofu by hand every day, using carefully selected domestic rice oil to bring out the maximum flavor and nutrients from soybeans.

Soybean Fromage

This cheese (fermented soy milk product) is made from soybeans without any animal products.
Like regular cheese, it can be eaten as is,
or added to pizza, caprese, or salad.
