Using carefully selected domestic rice oil, and frying in two stages, at low and high temperature, we have maximized the sweetness of the soybeans, resulting in a juicy texture.
We have packed in all the nutrients of soybeans using a method that has a low environmental impact.
Using our proprietary technology, we have ultra-finely crushed whole soybeans into powder, preventing the excretion of okara, and packing in all the nutrients, such as the umami of soybeans, abundant protein, and the dietary fiber equivalent to 2.5 lettuces.
