・By nanoizing nitrogen from the air and injecting it into liquid, oxidation is prevented (extending shelf life, reducing odor, inhibiting enzymatic browning, etc.) and the texture is also changed.

The world’s first! food manufacturing factory with a demonstration experiment facility for UFB application to food is open.

  • This is a lab that is visited by researchers from around the country and food companies from around the world.
    We will collaborate with various businesses with an open mind and use our world-class technology to solve problems.
  • We will create research and demonstration opportunities using cutting-edge UFB-related measuring equipment
    We will be able to use cutting-edge measuring equipment to confirm not only theory but also reality.
